David Harding is the founder and CEO of Winton Group, a systematic investment management firm managing approximately $7 billion in assets. Harding is one of the pioneers of trend-following and quantitative trading.
Harding studied natural sciences at Cambridge University. He co-founded AHL (now part of Man Group) in 1987, which became one of the most successful managed futures programmes in history. After departing AHL, he founded Winton in 1997.
